When I came into the Subway, the bins of toppings were not in their case. I've never had to wait at any Subway before. Wait til your closed for cleanup.

They asked the new girl to help me. Her name was Salena. She was very good with everything having to do with my order.

    Of course I'll come back

After already receiving sub-par customer services I then found *ants in my soda*, after already having drank it. When I brought it to one of the staff's attention, he shrugged and said, "dump it out?"

    Totally unacceptable and disgusting.

Brand new Subway in Prunedale. Now we have one on both sides of highway 101. Both owned by the same people. Nice friendly staff. Get your sandwiches made in timely manner. Nice seating Area inside to enjoy your lunch.

This is the second time I've been to this Subway and every time I come the gentleman who attends my family and I is very nice, fast and accommodating! There wasn't any cream for the coffee and he offered to open up a milk for me. We sit and eat and the way his staff and him interact with the costumers goes to show their friendly personality. Stop by for breakfast or lunch today!

Employees seemed really overwhelmed by a call in order. I've noticed this at other Subways so am thinking this stems from corporate, but employees didn't seem to understand basic food handling safety.
